TOPIC:  WHEN GOD LAUGHS MEMORISE:  He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Psalms 2:4  READ: Psalms 2:1 -4 1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. MESSAGE  When God laughs, two things are about to happen. The first is that His child or children are about to, laugh at their enemies. The second is that the enemies of His children are about to be disgraced. From the Bible reading the Kings came together against the Lord and His anointed, saying they wanted to break their bands asunder and cast away their cords.
