TOPIC: PRAYERS FOR THE NEW YEAR
MEMORISE:
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness. Psalms 65:11
READ: Isaiah 43:16 -20
16 Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
17 Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.
PRAYERS
Father, thank You for bringing me into the year 2023.
I surrender all that concerns me into Your mighty hands this year. Please, take absolute control of my life Lord.
Father, please grant me divine speed and success this year in Jesus' name.
Lord, don't let me lose any of my loved ones this,year. Please keep and protect everyone connected to me by Your power in Jesus' name.
Father, please use me for Your glory this year, more than ever before, in Jesus' name.
Lord, any evil that may have been programmed into this year, please take them far away from my loved ones and me.
Father, this year, please open my ears to hear You clearly at all times.
Father, let me grow closer to You and let Your presence be with me at all times.
Lord, please breathe on my finances, l will not spend money on ailments, court cases, funerals and the likes in Jesus' name.
Father, please open great doors for me this year. Let all my efforts yield great results in Jesus' name.
Year 2023, l decree that you will favour me. All things will work for my good this year in Jesus' name.

that calls me from a world of care,
and bids me at my Father's throne
make all my wants and wishes known.
In seasons of distress and grief,
my soul has often found relief,
and oft escaped the tempter's snare
by thy return, sweet hour of prayer!

the joys I feel, the bliss I share
of those whose anxious spirits burn

With such I hasten to the place
