TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING HARVESTS MEMORIZE : While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 8:22 READ : Mark 4:26-29  26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; 27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. 28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. 29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come. MESSAGE The first thing to understand about harvests is that they ultimately come from God. 1 Corinthians 3:6 says, "I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase." Also, harvests come in different levels, which Jesus identified as thirtyfold, sixtyfold, and hundredfold (Mark 4:20). Some Bible scholars believe that a thirtyfold harvest results from...

TOPIC:  FEAR NOT II

MEMORISE:
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18

READ: 1 John 4:17 -19

17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

19 We love him, because he first loved us.

MESSAGE
One of the many beautiful things about the love of Christ is that it banishes fear. When you encounter God's love and bask in it, nothing will scare you. What the devil does with fear is that he uses it to torment and rob people of experiencing the love of God.

Fear torments; it tells you that you cannot do something when The Most High has said that you can do anything through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). A person who is intimidated by fear cannot express the great potentials and abilities that God has given to him or her. Such a person would always look down on himself or herself and that gives the devil control over him or her. Don't give in to a fear so that the devil will not assume authority over you. As a child of God, take authority over fear in the name of Jesus Christ and stand your ground. You must push away the spirit of fear, so that it does not steal God's precious promises from you. The only way to do this successfully is with the shield of faith.

Above all, taking the shield of faith, where with ye shall be able to quench all fiery darts of the wicked.
Ephesians 6:16

Since faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17), then your shield of faith is just as strong as the volume of the word of God that you have dwelling in your heart. As the devil sends those fiery darts of fear, you block it with the word of God that you know concerning that matter. Now, if you are not a child of God, no matter how much of the Bible you quote, fear will keep overcoming you. Proverbs 28:1 says:
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are as bold as lion.

The righteous are bold because the Almighty God is their Shepherd and so they have nothing to fear. Your Shepherd will protect, provide for and guide you. However, if you are wicked, you have every reason to be afraid because the devil will torment those who belong to him with the spirit of fear. It is in your best interest to give your life to Jesus so that you will gain control over the spirit of fear and live to fulfil God's will for your life.

PRAYER POINT
I rebuke every spirit of fear hovering around me in Jesus name. I am a child of God, so you cannot rule over me.

BIBILE IN ONE YEAR: Matthew 15-17

HYMN 13: MY HOPE IS BUILT ON NOTHING LESS
1 My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus Christ, my righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.

On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand,
  All other ground is sinking sand.

2 When darkness veils His lovely face,
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale,
My anchor holds within the veil.

3 His oath, His covenant, His blood,
Support me in the whelming flood;
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my hope and stay.

4 When He shall come with trumpet sound,
Oh, may I then in Him be found;
In Him, my righteousness, alone,
Faultless to stand before the throne.
