And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. MESSAGE The first time God spoke in the Bible was in today’s Bible reading. To understand what it takes for God to speak to you, you must study that passage of the scripture carefully. Before He spoke, the Spirit of God moved over the face of the earth.
